Cilantro Honey and Garlic Salmon

  • 2 wild-caught salmon
  • 1 tbsp local honey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 5 asparagus spears
  • ½ tbsp Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Rinse thawed salmon and lay on olive oiled baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, honey, garlic, cilantro and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the top of each salmon fillet and bake at 350โ„‰ for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Cut ½ inch from ends of asparagus and slice tomatoes in half. Toss asparagus with olive oil, Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, tomatoes and ground pepper. Broil in oven for 10-12 minutes at 500โ„‰.
