Cilantro Honey and Garlic Salmon

- 2 wild-caught salmon
- 1 tbsp local honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 5 asparagus spears
- ½ tbsp Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Rinse thawed salmon and lay on olive oiled baking sheet.
- In a small bowl mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, honey, garlic, cilantro and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the top of each salmon fillet and bake at 350℉ for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Cut ½ inch from ends of asparagus and slice tomatoes in half. Toss asparagus with olive oil, Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, tomatoes and ground pepper. Broil in oven for 10-12 minutes at 500℉.
