Almond Chocolate Chip Bliss Balls

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats, blended to make oat flour
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1-3 tbsp warm water
  • 2-3 squares of Organic fair trade salted almond 70% dark chocolate Theo chocolate bar, chopped into small pieces
  1. Blend oats, almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar in food processor first for about 45 sec
  2. Next, add rest of ingredients besides chocolate pieces to mix
  3. Once dough has formed, fold in chocolate pieces and form into balls
  4. Store in refrigerator or freezer
