Berry Gingerly Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

- 1 frozen Pitaya Plus packet
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ cup Purely Elizabeth Maple Walnut Probiotic Granola
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- Blend ingredients together in high powered blender
- Top with frozen blueberries, Purely Elizabeth Maple Walnut Probiotic Granola and heated up coconut butter
