  • ¼ cup chopped dry roasted almonds
  • 5 Woodstock Foods organic medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes
  • 2 tsp Organic Burst maca
  • ¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill organic golden flaxseed meal
  • 3 tbsp Salba Chia chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Woodstock Foods organic almond butter
  • ¾ cup Bob’s Red Mill chai protein
  • 3 tbsp water
  1. Pulse almonds in the food processor until roughly chopped
  2. Pour into large mixing bowl
  3. Place soaked & drained medjool dates into food processor and pulse until a paste forms
  4. Add to mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients
  5. Form into balls and store in airtight container/jar in the fridge or freezer
  6. Will keep for about 2 weeks in the fridge
