Chocolate Banana Nut and Honey Peanut Butter Protein Balls

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup dried mulberries
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup Nuttzo Chocolate Power Fuel Peanut Butter
  • 2 scoops Rootz Nutrition Chocolate Banana Nut Paleo Protein
  • ⅓ cup Crazy Richard's Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla Nuzest plant protein
  • 2-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (if needed to help form into balls)
  1. Pule dried mulberries in food processor for 1 minute
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, blended mulberries, cinnamon, honey and chia seeds together
  3. If wanting to make 2 different batches, separate mixture into 2 bowls
  4. In the first, mix chocolate peanut butter and Rootz Nutrition paleo protein together (If too dry, add 1 tbsp almond milk at a time until able to roll into balls)
  5. Repeat with creamy creamy peanut butter and vanilla Nuzest protein
  6. Store in airtight container in the fridge or freezer for an easy high protein snack (keeps up to 2 weeks in the fridge and even longer in freezer)
