Cinnamon Bun & Cauli Oats

Adding riced cauliflower to your oats is the NEW BEST THING. It can replace a portion of your carbohydrates from oatmeal with extra volume and nutrients. Don't knock it until you try it!
- Boil water in small pot over the stove
- Add in riced cauliflower to heat for 2 minutes then add oats, protein, chias, maca and cinnamon to cook for 3-4 minutes
- Pour into bowl and top with almond milk, pecans, ½ banana, drizzled coconut butter and chia seeds
