Adding riced cauliflower to your oats is the NEW BEST THING. It can replace a portion of your carbohydrates from oatmeal with extra volume and nutrients. Don't knock it until you try it!
  1. Boil water in small pot over the stove
  2. Add in riced cauliflower to heat for 2 minutes then add oats, protein, chias, maca and cinnamon to cook for 3-4 minutes
  3. Pour into bowl and top with almond milk, pecans, ½ banana, drizzled coconut butter and chia seeds
