  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Beauty Greens
  • 1 scoop The Natural Citizen Organic Energy
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ tbp bee pollen
Instructions
  1. Blend together and top with crunchy peanut butter and bee pollen

      Yes! I love Nuzest (GOODEATS for discount) and MRM Nutrition! Lately I’ve been using Philosphie’s superfood powder– 10g protein per tbsp
