  • ¼ cup steel cut oats
  • ½ cup riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Nikkis Coconut Butter Cashew Cookie Coconut Butter
  • ½ cup pure cashew Malk (or milk substitute)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • Topping
  • 1 medium peach
  • ¼ cup Purely Elizabeth Original Granola
  1. Cook oats according to package in water in the stove
  2. When close to done, add in rest of ingredients, stir and let cook another 2-3 minutes
  3. Top with peach rose, granola and a drizzle of the cashew cookie coconut butter
