Grilled Salmon, Roasted Broccoli and Sauteed Mushrooms

Grilled Salmon, Roasted Broccoli and Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • Salmon
    2 wild salmon fillets
    Avocado oil spray
    1/4 tsp Primal Palate Seafood Seasoning
  • Broccoli
    3 cups broccoli florets oil
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute
    1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Mushrooms
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1-2 tbsp chicken broth
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
    2 tbsp green onion, chopped
Instructions
  1. Thaw Salmon and quickly rinse
  2. Lay flat and spray with avocado oil and season with Seafood Seasoning
  3. Place veggie grill pan on heated grill and spray with oil to prevent sticking
  4. Place salmon on grill pan and grill for about 10-12 minutes, depending on size
  5. Toss broccoli florets with oil, garlic powder, Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute
  6. Broil in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until starting to crisp
  7. To prepare mushrooms, heat olive oil on medium with minced garlic, then add in sliced mushrooms, chopped orange bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes
  8. Add a splash of chicken broth once oil has been absorbed to introduce more moisture
  9. Season with red pepper flakes, Himalayan pink salt and green onion and cook for another 1-2 minutes
