  • ⅓ cup Trader Joeโ€™s Ancient Grain & Super Seed Oatmeal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Topping
    1/2 banana
    1/4 cup blueberries
    2 tbsp Purely Elizabeth Maple Walnut probiotic granola
    1 tbsp Wild Rata Honey
  1. Boil water & add oats to cook for several minutes
  2. Add protein, almond milk, cinnamon and stir to cook another 2 minutes
  3. Top with banana, heated up blueberries, granola, honey & cinnamon
