Ingredients
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tbsp steel cut oats
  • ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Small handful organic strawberries, diced & sliced
Instructions
  1. Boil water & cook oats & cauliflower for 5-7 min
  2. Next, add almond milk and rest of ingredients (2-3 strawberries diced) to cook another 3-4 minutes
  3. Store in closed container/jar overnight in the fridge and top with sliced strawberries and creamy peanut butter in the morning
