Hey Rachael! I know you are such a huge fan of these Califlour Crusts and I’ve been dying to try them myself. Upon looking that ingredients though, I see there is Nutritional Yeast listed (albeit the very last ingredient). I have an intolerance/sensitivity to it I think as the first time I tried a recipe with it…it was a GI NIGHTMARE. I know you can’t actually tell me yes or no whether I should try these crusts but do you think the amount of actual nutritional yeast in them is nominal? If it’s very little, maybe it won’t bother me?? Would love your honest opinion/advice!

Tara, I am SUCH a huge fan of these crusts! Oh no, a sensitivity to nutritional yeast is terrible– if the first experience you had was a nightmare with it, I would not recommend trying these crusts for that reason :/ I would test it with another recipe before trying in the crusts, as I’m not sure the exact amount they add to their cauliflower crusts.
