Ingredients
  • 2½ cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Sesame oil
  • ¾ cup cooked farro
  • 5 oz organic sprouted extra firm tofu (or organic chicken)
  • 1 cup sliced purple cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¾ medium avocado, diced
  • Ground pepper
  • Hot sauce (if desired)
Instructions
  1. Boil bone broth in a medium size saucepan over the stove.
  2. Add in farro, tofu, sesame oil and cilantro to heat for 3-4 minutes on medium.
  3. Add cabbage, green onion and pepper (immediately before serving) to heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Top with diced avocado and hot sauce (if using) and serve!
