Strawberry Zucchini Bread Oats

  • ¼ cup steel cut oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup shredded zucchini
  • 1.5 scoop vanilla protein
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 organic strawberries
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  1. Cook oats according to package on the stove in water
  2. Once done, stir in zucchini, almond milk, protein powder and cinnamon and cook an additional 2 minutes
  3. Top with organic strawberries, walnuts, hemp seeds, and coconut butter drizzle
