Sweet Potato, Yogurt & Granola Breakfast Bowl

This may seem like an odd combination at first, but once you try it, I can guarantee you'll be making many more of these bowls!
Ingredients
  • ½ sweet potato
  • Vanilla Siggis yogurt
  • Organic blueberries
  • Granola
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop ½ a sweet pot into large cubes
  2. Add to vegetable steamer on the stove and steam for about 10 minutes
  3. Add to bowl with vanilla Siggis, heated up frozen organic bluebs, granola, drizzle of creamy peanut butter and cinnamon
