Ingredients
  • 5 brussel sprouts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 oz. sprouted organic extra firm tofu
  • Avocado/olive/ or coconut oil spray
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp Trader Joeโ€™s 21 Seasoning Salute
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Hilaryโ€™s Curry Veggie Burger
  • Handful of Jilz gluten-free crackers
  • 3 tbsp cilantro avocado sauce
  • 1 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
  1. Remove stems and slice brussels in half
  2. Toss brussel sprouts with broccoli florets and avocado oil, garlic powder, 21 Seasoning Salute and add to baking sheet
  3. Pat dry sprouted organic extra firm tofu with paper towels, cut into squares, spray both sides with oil & season with nutritional yeast
  4. Add to pan with Hilaryโ€™s Curry Burger
  5. Put in the oven on broil and flip towards the end to crisp both sides
  6. Pair with Mediterranean Jilz crackers, cilantro avocado sauce and crumbled goat cheese
