  • 2 cups arugula/spinach mix
  • ½ cup purple cabbage, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • ⅓ cup pinto beans
  • 5 Hilarys Broccoli Casserole Veggie Bites
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  1. Place Hilarys bites on baking sheet and broil in the oven for 5 minutes each side
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and top with dressing
