At this point my Recreation Sweat resistance bands & Speed Rope come everywhere with me lol. I mean, everywhere. Whether Bridger and I are on an actual vacation or I’m staying with my sister while working at Toast Society (heading there next week for our new opening!), having a gym that fits in my carry-on actually gives me the motivation to smash out a workout without any heavy equipment or having to drive to a gym.
Long weekends are usually filled with lots of family, friends, and food and I get it — we don’t always have time to workout. But, if you’re anything like me, even a super short workout can totally shift my mood and energy for the day 🙂 So take less than 20 minutes this weekend to train. Go ahead, be selfish with your time!
- 20-minute Speed Rope workout
- 12, 16, or 20 minute banded glute circuit (you decide how many rounds you want to do!)
- 20-minute full body
