
Blueberry Chia Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blueberry Smoothie
- 1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides
Instructions

In a cup or sealed container, mix together ingredients for chia pudding. Let sit in fridge for 4+ hours (or overnight).

Once the chia pudding has thickened, make the smoothie by combining all ingredients in high-powered blender to blend.

Pour smoothie over chia pudding and enjoy! Feel free to top with coconut flakes, granola, nut butter, etc.
