
Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1-2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 organic chicken breasts, trimmed + tenderized
- 1 long carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 baby bok choy, ends trimmed
- 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, halved, then thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Foods no soy teriyaki sauce
- Pink salt + pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 stocks green onion, chopped
Instructions

Chop all veggies and set aside. Trim & tenderize chicken, then dice into small cubes.

Sauté minced garlic + onion in avocado oil and sesame oil for 4-5 minutes in a large skillet. Add chicken to brown, then add remaining ingredients. Cover and let cook for 7-10 minutes on medium-low heat.

Top with addition sesame seeds & green onion. Pour over brown rice + greens. Enjoy! 🙂
