
Cinnamon Flax Granola Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup granola I used One Degree Organics Cinnamon Flax
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Slice the apple in half and spoon out the middle of each

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients, excluding honey

Spray a baking pan or dish with coconut oil and place the apple halves skin down

Fill apple with mixture and drizzle honey over the top

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes
