Cozy Cinnamon Protein Oats

Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 serving
- coconut flakes
- fresh organic strawberries
- manuka honey
- peanut butter
Boil water in a small saucepan over the stove. Add oats and bring down to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in ground flaxseed & cinnamon and cook until oats have absorbed all the water.
Remove from heat and stir in protein powder. Add toppings and serve!

If you aren’t using sprouted oats, should you use less water? I’m using Bobs red mill rolled oats.
