
Coconut Flour Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup organic coconut flour
- 4 egg whites or 3 with several tbsp water
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Cumin
- Red pepper flakes
- Garlic powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Toppings: smashed avocado arugula, sautéed organic Chicken Sausage, feta cheese, ground pepper, soft fried egg, red pepper flakes
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and form into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick on a large, flat, olive oiled sauté pan or grill

Make a small edge around the outside of the dough to form a crust

If the crust is starting to break, brush some water onto the dough and use a spatula to help form the rounded outside

Heat on medium until brown (about 3-4 minutes) then flip to finish cooking (1-2 min)

Add toppings and place in broiler oven for 5 minutes
