S’MORES CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SKILLET 😍🍫 all I’ve ever dreamed of lmao. This is now an annual traditional and I highly encourage you to do the same 😎 golden mallows, chocolate chips and crushed up graham cracker (I subbed cinnamon almond flour cookies this time) 💯💯 cutting them into bars ASAP. Have you made this version of my #rgecookieskillet yet?!

Ingredients:
1 egg (or sub flax egg: 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed)
1 tbsp unsweetened nut milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup cashew butter (or sub any nut or seed butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops collagen peptides (completely optional. Can leave out and substitute 1 additional tbsp almond flour)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
One 2.5oz chocolate bar, chopped or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
2 graham crackers, cut or crumbled into small pieces
1 tsp flakey sea salt
8-9 inch cast-iron skillet (can use loaf tin, cake round, baking dish, etc)
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F°. Whisk egg* in large bowl then pour in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, nut butter, vanilla and almond milk, and whisk once more. *If using flax egg, mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds with 3 tbsp water & let sit for 5 minutes before adding to recipe in place of egg. Stir in almond flour, collagen if using, baking soda, cinnamon & part of the sea salt. Fold in chocolate chunks, mallows & graham cracker, leaving several chocolate chips and marshmallows aside. Very lightly spray a 8 or 9-inch cast iron skillet (13-inch if doubling the recipe) with coconut oil then pour batter into the base & spread out evenly using a silicone spatula. Place last pieces of chocolate & marshmallows over the top, sprinkle sea salt, then bake in oven for 19-22 min on center rack. Then, turn oven on broil & cook 1- 1 1/2 additional minutes to brown the top **keep a close eye on it because it can burn quickly! Enjoy 😍😍🌟

is it just me or are you hooked on the high from these IG classes?? 😂 I’m tellin you, I always leave feeling soooo ready for the day and in the best mood after a good hard sweat and getting to socialize with you guys for an hour 🙋‍♀️

yesterday it took me 2 1/2 hours I’m not even kidding to focus and actually get a workout in (I wasn’t sore, I was well-rested & totally able to get it in), but I just couldn’t focus and the last thing I wanted to do was workout in the kitchen 😭 so just know, it happens to all of us and we’re not always motivated to exercise. Sometimes you just gotta make a goal, put your head down and DO IT 👊 or attend a Live workout class and have someone tell you what to do 😂 either works! Thank you guys for coming today!! It’s uploading and will be up soon for those who weren’t able to be there xx🌟

Tahini choc chunk cookies 😛🍫 forgot how MAGICAL these are!!!! Took about 20 minutes to make from start to finish once I grabbed the tahini from the store 🛒 let em cool for a quick sec, pop another sprinkle of flakey sea salt on top and omg they’re so fudgey and soft and chocolately, promise 🤤 have you made these yet??? planning to put marshmallow cream in between two of them this week 😭 can you imagine?

DOUGH: makes ~12
1 egg
1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled to room temp
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2-3 tbsp almond flour
pinch flakey sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (or coarsely chop a chocolate bar aka @evolvedchocolate signature dark)
TOPPING
pinch flakey sea salt (@maldonsalt)
3-4 tbsp additional chocolate chunks
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, tahini, vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut oil until well-combined. Tablespoon by tablespoon, fold in cacao powder (can get messy😝), almond flour, sea salt and baking soda. Once chocolate has been chopped, fold into the dough. Using a cookie scoop (or two oiled spoons), transfer dough to parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy! xx

if every morning were a toast morning 😏🙋‍♀️🥑 i think I made @bridgerharlington a signature @toastsocietycafe House Fav for lunch almost everyday last week 😂 we are HOOKED (he always has sourdough, I usually have @awgbakery or @baseculture - both are gluten-free and ship!). and aaaalways @kouzinifoods extra virgin olive oil and Maldon salt to top. I swear that’s key 😛

I got your 15-min break covered today 😏🌟 ABS BABY. Fire up that core before tomorrow’s lower body LIVE workout on my IG at 9am PST 🙋‍♀️ who’s going to be there???
Tbh I never train abs on their own 😂 I have the hardest time motivating myself...anyone else?? This is why I love incorporating core burners into our GOOD SWEAT workouts 🔥 then you don’t have to think about adding them on at the end / after your workout. But don’t worry, your core is KEY to all movements your body does & should be engaged during your whole workout 😏🙌 pay attention your next workout during each exercise 💯 makes the biggest difference in balance & stability!

CIRCUIT: 40 sec on, 20 sec rest, 3 ROUNDS
➡️ high plank lateral toe tap to bear hold
➡️ straight leg raise + alternating single leg raise - keep that lower back glued to the ground!
➡️ side plank oblique crunches x switch sides halfway
➡️ scissor V-ups
➡️ high plank opposite toe taps - bring hips all the way back down until they’re in line with your shoulders and heels

if you haven’t tried cashew chicken, you gottaaaa try this one 😍 I made them into little lettuce wraps and I can’t get over the flavor 🙊 no crazy ingredients, just simple, wholesome eats. Similar to my 20-min honey sesame chicken recipe but...diff 😎

Servings: 2-4
Ingredients:
2 large organic chicken breasts, trimmed & tenderized
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 cup coconut aminos (good soy sauce alternative)
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp arrowroot starch (or sub corn starch)
1/3 cup sliced cashews (I used raw, but can use unsalted, dry roasted)
TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup thinly sliced purple cabbage
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS: cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and set aside. heat oil in a large skillet until hot but not smoking. Add in onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 min. Add chicken to brown for 4-5 minutes, then add coconut aminos, dissolve arrowroot starch in a small bowl with water then pour in, ginger, salt, pepper and stir. Add in sliced cashews and cover skillet with lid to let cook on medium-low heat for another 5 minutes. Serve with toppings and in butter lettuce cups 😍 it’s seriously so good!!
