Chia pudding is hands down one of my favorite go-to snacks with zero added sugar (sans honey), super satisfying and packed with nutrition. It’s a great breakfast or snack option… in fact, it’s even a great dessert if you add the right toppings. I’m talkin’ about freshly shaved dark chocolate and a few drizzles of raw honey. SO GOOD!!!
Plus, it literally takes LESS than 5 minutes to throw together and stick in the fridge for later. You seriously can’t beat that! Make a few jars for the week ahead– it lasts about 3 days fresh in the fridge. Get creative and experiment with different toppings/flavors!

The first time I made chia pudding I hated it, but I wanted to give it another try so I made this recipe. I loved it! Will definitely be making again!

I’ve made this a number of times now and it’s easily my favorite chia pudding (so easy to make)! Absolutely love the flavors. I eat this for breakfast or as a yogurt replacement midafternoon snack. 😊
