
Loaded Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 1 can organic kidney beans drained & rinsed
- 1 can organic pinto beans drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 4-5 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tsp Priimal Palate Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Bilinski Sausage organic Cilantro Lime chicken sausage sautéed (optional)
- 1/4 medium purple cabbage sliced
- 1 medium zucchini spiralized
- 1/2 avocado diced
Instructions

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, beans, cilantro, lime juice, and seasonings and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat

Then add sautéed chicken sausage, green onion, red onion to heat 1 more minute

In serving bowls, divide and add purple cabbage and spiralized zucchini

Pour soup over the top (the sliced cabbage almost feels like crunchy tortilla chips added in at the end) and top with diced avocado
