Hey Rachael- Quick Question: Where is the mint factor for this smoothie?? 🙂 Probably just a typo but I was just wondering!
Haha! That would help, wouldn’t it? I just added the 1/4 tsp peppermint oil to the recipe 😉 Thank you for the catch!
what peppermint oil do you use?
I got it on Amazon and the brand is Frontier Co-op
Made this smoothie this morning and i was worried that it wouldn’t taste good with no sweetness, but it is very yummy!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it!! 🙂
Which Viral Proteins Collagen Peptides do you use? The flavorless flavor?
Yes 🙂 But I also like the Vanilla + Coconut Water flavor for smoothies too.
You mentioned you used frozen avocado in your story but it’s not on here I don’t believe…how much did you use? So excited to try!
Yeah I usually make my smoothies just a little bit different every time. I used 1/3 frozen avocado in yesterdays
Is it a 1/4 tsp of peppermint essential oil?
Not essential oil!!! Peppermint extract
Hi!
What kind of granola is ok on sugar detox? Also is monkfruit ok in protein powders for smoothies?
Thanks!
Helen
Hi! This smoothie is delicious. Do you ever share nutritional info for these smoothies?
Ummmmmm I was skeptical about this but it turned out SO WELL. Didn’t have spinach or zucchini so I used some kale. I also added a drop of maple syrup after blending bc I needed it slightly sweeter. Overall it’s really good and I’ll continue to put less and less maple syrup in as I make them to wean off the added sugar
This is amazing! Tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream!
