The holidays are HERE (who celebrated Black Friday deals???), which means time to share all things for Christmas/holiday gift ideas. I thought I’d throw together a list of my favorite things that I’d recommend to YOU or someone you know! A mixture of fitness, home, food, kitchen… all the things. Stay tuned for more gift guides! 😉
FITNESS
When it comes to working out, it helps to have a good workout fit to get motivated and feel GOOD in the gym, ya know? My favorite brands to shop include Carbon38, Alo, Zella, and Adidas– I always get questions about my favorite training shoes and they have to be Adidas Ultraboosts. Super comfortable and honestly good for all types of training. They’re a staple in my wardrobe! Check out these cute joggers from Nordstrom’s Zella brand (I’d suggest even ordering a size down since they’re adjustable at the waist), fuzzy faux fur hoodie, and leopard high-rise legging (I now have in 3 prints– 30% off at the moment!!). Need a new pair of workout headphones? Try these wireless backbeat fit— I have a few pairs of these in different colors and they last for years and do NOT come off while working out!
Don’t forget a soft-wall medicine ball for your favorite fitness fanatic (I recommend a 10-12lb for beginner and 18-20lb for advanced) and an easy set of resistance bands 🙂
KITCHEN/FOOD
My #1 splurge item I recommend for your kitchen is a Vitamix. It’s one of my most prized possessions and works like a charm for anything from smoothies and nut milks to sauces and soups. Manuka honey packets (perfect stocking stuffers) are my fave little immune boosters during wintertime/traveling and a great gift for anyone. Four sigmatic Hot Cacao with Reishi mushroom (warm & cozy hot cocoa packets!), their Focus Shots, and so many other elixirs, organic coffee infused with functional mushrooms, etc.– make sure you take advantage of their massive sale PLUS my 15% off discount by clicking here. Stasher bags are amazing, they’re reusable silicone ziplocks and I’ve accumulated about a dozen over the past couple years. The best way to reduce plastic use every day 😉 Also, if you’re looking for a tea kettle, I highly suggest this one— good looking, heats very quickly & has variable temperature control. I love it for my tea at night, but also works as a coffee pour-over.
HOME/BEAUTY/TRAVEL
First of all, everyone needs this Barefoot Dreams blanket from Nordy’s. It’s worth the price, plus it’s on sale at the moment!! Another addition to the home is this chic porcelain essential oil diffuser. It works great!! Don’t forgot to stock up on some yummy essential oils. Also, once you use this sound machine at night, you’ll never go back. I’m convinced it’s partly why I sleep like a rock!
Beauty essentials include Cocokind sticks — Matcha stick, Mai-Light for some highlight and Chagaglow for contour on your cheek bones (I recommend to use a beauty blender!). Honest Hazel collagen eye gels (great stocking stuffers!), the Rose Radiance Trio from Biossance (click here for more info about their products + my top picks), and my favorite scrunchies.
Travel essentials: MyCharge portable phone charger and packing cubes.
Enjoy!!!! 🙂
