(Premade) Cauliflower Crust Pizza With Vegan Cashew Pesto

- 1 Cali'flour foods cauliflower pizza crust
- 1/2 zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 roma tomato sliced
- 3 mushrooms sliced
- 2 artichokes
- 2 tbsp green onion chopped
- 2 oz. goat cheese
- Vegan Cashew Pesto:1/4 cup olive oil2 cups fresh basil3 tbsp nutritional yeast1 tbsp minced garlic1/3 cup raw cashews or pine nuts1 squeezed lemon2 tbsp filtered water1/4 tsp sea salt14 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place Cali'fornia pizza crust on a parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes.
Prepare cashew pesto by pulsing all ingredients in a food processor or blender until desired consistency.
Remove pizza crust from oven, spread with pesto and add toppings of choice and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
