Rachael does it again! This guide was created as an extension of the Good Sweat at home guide (week 01- 06) and this Good Sweat Over Time weeks 07-10 is an awesome way to keep growing stronger physically and mentally! I recommend buying both of the guides for the full benefit. I know I will keep coming back to these guides! Workouts are between 30-50 minute and you really work up a sweat. I look forward to these workouts and they never fail to put me in a good mood. The guide also includes tips on nutrition and goal setting. Highly recommend and I’m so happy I joined the Good Sweat Fam!

THE workout program of all workout programs! This program is the perfect level-up option to the Good Sweat At Home 6week challenge. With workouts ranging from 30-60min, there’s no excuse for missing a workout (and you won’t want to with this circuit training layout). After completing this program, I feel stronger and leaner than ever. Def worth the one-time purchase!

First, if you haven’t already done so, go back and get Good Sweat at Home. That program is the best place to start. After the 6 week Good Sweat at Home program I felt so strong but I wasn’t sure where to go from there. I thought about repeating the program and just upping my weights but then Rachael came out with this program, Overtime. It is perfect! It is an additional 4 weeks and is definately a great extension to the other program. These programs are 100% worth it. Honestly, the way I look at it is, your health is an investment not an expense.

This is the ultimate workout guide. Couldn’t have made it through 2020 without it (along with good sweat at home)! I loved having a workout routine planned for me each day, no thought necessary. Just work! I’ve never seen my legs so defined. I’m blown away by this seeing as no squat bar or extremely heavy weights were needed. 15/5 stars. I recommend this to anyone!

Worth every penny! I would buy this program again and again; It’s actually the only one I’ve ever finished AND THEN RESTARTED! I suggest it to everyone I know because it makes fitness easy and accessible to everyone. Writing my own programs takes time and energy that I don’t have. I also love the community of like-minded and supportive women in the private Facebook group. I love group fitness for the social aspect and this program gave me a sense of that even with the loss of indoor group fitness. I actually work at a gym but still prefer to do the majority of my workouts at home using this guide lol. I can’t thank you enough Rachael!!
