One the of BEST!

I started this program during COVID and being apart of this community changed my whole fitness outlook! Rachael is so motivating - the Instagram lives were some of my fav days! I have gone back to this program and others of Rachaels programs many times! In total I completed this one 4 times through and I would do it again today! You can take these exercises and plans and apply them anywhere- at home or in the gym. I feel so strong and confident whenever I do one of these workouts! Good Sweat and Overtime are for sure the best!!!

I first went through this during Covid and it was amazing to have to get back into a routine. Now, I use it for workouts when I’m out of town, or don’t have a gym available. Love!

Great for at home

Really love how these can be done at home with a little amount of equipment. As a new mom is nice to be able to do quick workouts during naps/when baby is playing. These are still super effective and amazing if you are short on time to get a workout done.

Such quick and effective workouts! I love how customizable they are. I cycle through various workouts throughout the year, and this 6 week program is a constant.

Perfect for beginners or advanced

This is my second time going though the program. First time was several years ago. I haven’t exercised in a while so I’m a beginner once again. I love that I can modify or amp it up to push myself or increase weights as needed. I’m in week 5 and just as I think it’s getting easier I’m challenged again. I will be repeating the whole program when I’m finished because I had to modify a lot. Thank you Rachael for creating a program that is easy to follow and can be done in my living room.
