It’s that time of year… you guys know what I’m talking about. The winter blues. They hit especially hard when you live in an almost permanently grey part of the country– aka Seattle. Regardless of location though I know this stretch of winter can be tough, which is why I try to do everything I can to keep myself happy, healthy and energized. Aside from my daily workouts, I highly recommend getting yourself a sunrise alarm clock as well as a strong supplement game that includes these zinc tablets and vitamin D.
