Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 medium white onion
  • 2 Anaheim peppers
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1/4 jalapeño
  • 2-3 tbsp Tapatìo
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dice tomato, onion, peppers and jalapeño and add to large bowl.
  • Finely chop cilantro, squeeze limes, then add Tapatío and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Best if refrigerated for 2 hours before servings. Enjoy!
