Ingredients

Roma tomatoes

medium white onion

Anaheim peppers
1
bunch cilantro
2
limes
juiced
1/4
jalapeño
2-3
tbsp
Tapatìo
Sea salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Dice tomato, onion, peppers and jalapeño and add to large bowl.
Finely chop cilantro, squeeze limes, then add Tapatío and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until thoroughly combined.
Best if refrigerated for 2 hours before servings. Enjoy!
