Ingredients

chicken bone broth
1
tbsp
Spicy Sesame oil
3/4
cup
cooked farro
5
oz
organic sprouted extra firm tofu
or organic chicken
1
cup
sliced purple cabbage
1/4
cup
chopped cilantro
1/4
cup
chopped green onion
3/4
medium avocado
diced
Ground pepper
Hot sauce
if desired
Instructions
Boil bone broth in a medium size saucepan over the stove.
Add in farro, tofu, sesame oil and cilantro to heat for 3-4 minutes on medium.
Add cabbage, green onion and pepper (immediately before serving) to heat for 2 minutes.
Top with diced avocado and hot sauce (if using) and serve!
