Spicy Sesame Cabbage Bone Broth Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup cooked farro
  • 5 oz organic sprouted extra firm tofu or organic chicken
  • 1 cup sliced purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3/4 medium avocado diced
  • Ground pepper
  • Hot sauce if desired

Instructions

  • Boil bone broth in a medium size saucepan over the stove.
  • Add in farro, tofu, sesame oil and cilantro to heat for 3-4 minutes on medium.
  • Add cabbage, green onion and pepper (immediately before serving) to heat for 2 minutes.
  • Top with diced avocado and hot sauce (if using) and serve!
