Honey Chipotle Grilled Salmon With Roasted Broccoli & Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

wild-caught sockeye salmon fillet
2
cups
broccoli florets
1
large sweet potato
2
tbsp
avocado/olive oil
1
tbsp
Kouzini Honey Chipotle seasoning
2
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute seasoning
1/4
tsp
ground pepper
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
Instructions
Thaw and rinse salmon
Place each fillet on separate sheet of foil, spray with oil and season with Honey Chipotle seasoning, garlic powder and fold foil to close
Grill salmon for 10-12 minutes
Slice sweet potato in wedges and place on baking sheet with broccoli florets
Toss both with oil and garlic powder
Season sweet potato with ground pepper and sea salt and broccoli florets with 21 seasoning salute
Broil in the oven on middle rack, high-heat for 12-15 minutes, flipping towards the end
