Honey Chipotle Grilled Salmon With Roasted Broccoli & Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 wild-caught sockeye salmon fillet
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Kouzini Honey Chipotle seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • Thaw and rinse salmon
  • Place each fillet on separate sheet of foil, spray with oil and season with Honey Chipotle seasoning, garlic powder and fold foil to close
  • Grill salmon for 10-12 minutes
  • Slice sweet potato in wedges and place on baking sheet with broccoli florets
  • Toss both with oil and garlic powder
  • Season sweet potato with ground pepper and sea salt and broccoli florets with 21 seasoning salute
  • Broil in the oven on middle rack, high-heat for 12-15 minutes, flipping towards the end
