Spray cauliflower florets with avocado oil, season with garlic powder, nutritional yeast and ground pepper
Broil in the oven for about 15 minutes, flipping around 10 minutes
To grill corn, brush corn cob with avocado or olive oil and season with garlic powder and ground pepper
Place on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes, or so
Once done, toss with red onion, grape tomatoes, garbanzo beans, ground pepper, garlic powder, organic hemp oil, crumbled goat cheese and green onion
Pair with crackers or chips of choice
