These little bites are way too addicting and way too easy to make!

Ingredients
1Alter Eco Blackout chocolate bar
1/2Alter Eco Cacao chocolate bar
2tbspcoconut oil
1tbspmaple syrup
3tbspcoconut flour
1/4cuptoasted almond butter
1/2tbspchia seeds
Pinchof sea salt
Instructions
Melt chocolate bars and stir in 1 tbsp coconut oil
Fill the bottoms of the mini pb cup mold just barely with the melted chocolate
Freeze for 10 minutes
For the filling, stir together almond butter, coconut flour, coconut oil, chia seeds and maple syrup
Form into tiny balls and place on top of the frozen chocolate in each cup (make balls small enough to see the base of the chocolate around the outside of the filling)
Next, pour melted chocolate over the top until it reaches the top of the molds
Place in freezer for several minutes then remove to sprinkle with sea salt
