Creamy Apple Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup siggis dairy vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2-3 tbsp grated apple

Instructions

  • Cook oats according to package on the stove in water
  • When done, add all ingredients from above, stir and remove from heat
  • Let cool then pour into jar to sit overnight in the fridge
  • In the morning, top with 1/2 diced apple, apple pie granola and cinnamon
