Ingredients

  • Blueberry siggis dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp local honey
  • Granola
  • Goji berries
  • Blueberries
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Make coconut chia pudding by combining unsweetened coconut milk, chia seeds and honey
  • Mix together and refrigerate for at least an hour
  • Slice cantaloupe in half and spoon out the middle
  • Fill with with blueberry siggis dairy yogurt, coconut chia pudding, granola, goji berries, blueberries, and shredded coconut
