Ginger, Pear and Walnut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp Essentially Coconut Butter Pecan Coconut Butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 diced pear

Instructions

  • Cook oats according to directions on the stove in water
  • Once done, add rest of ingredients and stir
  • Store in a jar in the fridge overnight and it's all ready in the morning for grab n' go!
  • In the morning, drizzle creamy almond butter cinnamon
