Rinse thawed salmon and lay on olive oiled baking sheet.
In a small bowl mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, honey, garlic, cilantro and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the top of each salmon fillet and bake at 350℉ for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Cut 1/2 inch from ends of asparagus and slice tomatoes in half. Toss asparagus with olive oil, Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, tomatoes and ground pepper. Broil in oven for 10-12 minutes at 500℉.
