Cilantro Honey and Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 wild-caught salmon
  • 1 tbsp local honey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 5 asparagus spears
  • 1/2 tbsp Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Rinse thawed salmon and lay on olive oiled baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, honey, garlic, cilantro and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the top of each salmon fillet and bake at 350℉ for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
  • Cut 1/2 inch from ends of asparagus and slice tomatoes in half. Toss asparagus with olive oil, Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, tomatoes and ground pepper. Broil in oven for 10-12 minutes at 500℉.
