Ingredients

(I like Paleo Passion Foods Maple Cinnamon grainless granola)

cashews
1/4
cup
almonds
1/3
cup
shredded coconut

cacao nibs

scoops
collagen peptides
(or a scoop of protein powder)

cup
almond butter

tbsp
hemp seeds

tbsp
chia seeds

tbsp
unsweetened almond milk

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Instructions
Combine almonds and cashews into food processor or blender and pulse for 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Form mixture into small, 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate for up to one week (for best taste), or store in freezer to last several weeks.
