Chop up and slice all vegetables
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet
Add in sliced mushrooms and broccolini, and the bone broth to steam with the vegetables
Once veggies are tender, add in sweet potato ribbons, snow peas, red bell pepper, sliced baby zucchini, cabbage mix, and cashews
Sauté mix for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly
Add a touch of toasted sesame oil, pink salt, ground pepper, black sesame seeds, and ghee
Remove from heat and add fresh cilantro
