Simple Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • avocado oil
  • sliced mushrooms
  • brocolini
  • chicken bone broth I use Bonafide Provisions
  • sweet potato ribbons
  • snow peas
  • red bell pepper
  • sliced baby zucchini
  • cabbage mix
  • cashews
  • Chosen Foods toasted sesame oil
  • pink salt
  • ground pepper
  • black sesame seeds
  • ghee
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Chop up and slice all vegetables
  • Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet
  • Add in sliced mushrooms and broccolini, and the bone broth to steam with the vegetables
  • Once veggies are tender, add in sweet potato ribbons, snow peas, red bell pepper, sliced baby zucchini, cabbage mix, and cashews 
  • Sauté mix for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly 
  • Add a touch of toasted sesame oil, pink salt, ground pepper, black sesame seeds, and ghee
  • Remove from heat and add fresh cilantro
