1cupbone broth, heated(takes the place of milk or cream, and adds a boost of nutrients!)
1/4cupghee
1/8cupchives, finely chopped
pink salt, to taste
ground pepper, to taste
1/2tspgarlic powder(optional)
Instructions
Add potatoes to extra large pot, then cover with water. Lid the pot, then bring to boil. Reduce heat and let cook about 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
Pour pot over colander to drain.
Transfer potatoes to large bowl and mash. I like to keep the skins on for the added color & fiber content.
Stir in bone broth, ghee, chives, salt, pepper and garlic powder, if using. Enjoy!
