Superfood Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar peanut butter, creamy or crunchy (I look for only one-ingredient, or two ingredients including sea salt)
  • 1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal (or whole flaxseeds, then blend to create a fine texture)

Instructions

  1. Stir flaxseed meal into peanut butter.

  2. If using whole flaxseeds, give them a quick blend in your blender until it reaches a fine texture.

  3. Store in the original peanut butter jar or in an airtight container. Stays fresh for up to 3 months in the pantry, and longer in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
