Ingredients
1 1/4cupunsweetened cashew or almond milk
3-4ice cubes
1/2frozen peach(it's always great to buy fresh organic peaches, slice into quarters and freeze! My favorite bags to use are Stasher reusable silicone ziplocks)
1packSambazon Tropical Immunity pack
1tbspalmond or peanut butter
1tbspground flaxseed
shakecinnamon
1handfulfrozen spinach
2tbspcoconut flakes(optional)
1servingprotein powder
Instructions
Blend all together and top with coconut, pineapple and chia seeds. Enjoy!
