Mint Chip Smoothie (Fruit-free!)

This is hands-down one of the best smoothies I've ever made and you'd never even know that there isn't any fruit in it! (Though, it is delicious with 1/2 frozen banana)

  • 1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Vanilla or chocolate protein I use Vital Proteins collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/3 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower easier to digest
  • Handful frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint oil


  1. Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender.
  2. Top with granola and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
