Iced Matcha With Homemade Hemp Milk

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides I use Vital Proteins
  • Optional: splash of maple syrup or honey for a sweeter flavor

Instructions

  • Blend together water and hemp hearts for 60 seconds.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for another 60 seconds until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour over ice. Enjoy!
