Iced Matcha With Homemade Hemp Milk

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides I use Vital Proteins
  • Optional: splash of maple syrup or honey for a sweeter flavor

Instructions

  1. Blend together water and hemp hearts for 60 seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend for another 60 seconds until thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour over ice. Enjoy!
