My Favorite 10-Minute Meal

  • 2 cups greens
  • 4 oz cooked seasoned organic ground turkey
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 tbsp sauerkraut
  • 1-2 cups chopped bell peppers
  • Small handful fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 tbsp high quality extra virgin olive oil I use Kouzini


  1. Prepare ground turkey by sautéing with 1 tbsp olive oil and seasonings of choice (I use Primal Palate Adobo seasoning + turmeric).
  2. Roast bell peppers: cut into cubes, spray with oil and season (I use Primal Palate BBQ rub). Broil in the oven on high for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients to plate and drizzle with olive oil.
