unsweetened Apple sauce

Instructions
Whisk egg in large bowl then add almond milk, pumpkin, apple sauce, banana, cashew butter, maple syrup and vanilla to whisk again
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and slowly pour into wet ingredients, stirring until thoroughly combined
Pour batter into coconut oil sprayed muffin tin (fill cups 3/4 full), then drop several chocolate chunks on top (walnuts are a good addition as well)
Bake for 23-26 min at 350 degrees F
Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes
